REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

From inception to completion, we plan, design and execute multiproperty developments. This means Factes is involved in the development of various types of real estate:

  • Fully subsidised housing. This class of housing is built to service the Department of Human Settlements in order to provide housing free of charge to its beneficiaries
  • Social housing. This class of housing caters for middle-income groups by providing quality rental stock at subsidised prices
  • Entry-level bonded housing. This class of housing caters for middle-income earners by providing residential properties in a range from R400 000 to R600 000
  • High-end bonded market. This housing class caters for homeowners in the upper middle-income group and the financially affluent – these are luxury properties
  • Serviced stands. These are land parcels that are developed to have access to bulk infrastructure (i.e. sewerage systems, water supply, roads, electricity and internet infrastructure)

INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

Factes Africa plans, designs and executes multistructure projects with a focus on concessions.
This includes the development of a variety of infrastructure systems and facilities (i.e. transport infrastructure and bulk infrastructure) but excludes residential properties.

Factes Africa actively explores the local market for undervalued properties and projects that represents great opportunities for development and/or converted for high returns.

Our strategic investment services include elements of corporate finance, such as financial modelling, financial packaging and project finance, as well as a wide variety of subcomponents.

In the course of our strategic investments, we focus both on government avenues/state capitalisation and investment through formal financial institutions. We can package project finance for the state and for corporate entities.
