The mixed-use Ariobex mega development project situated on the West Rand intends to deliver more than 13 000 housing units. So far, the project has delivered 3 000 fully subsidised units to beneficiaries of the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements.

The project’s core residential housing will be supplemented with educational, recreational, commercial, retail, energy (solar farm), health and social amenities.

A retail section and telecommunications services are also being set up to service the community.

The project property has been reliably valued at more than R1.7-billion.

Ariobex Holdings is currently generating strong cash flows with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of more than R100-million and is currently debt free. In 2023, the company is focusing on laying a strong foundation for future cash flows.
