The Owendale property comprises 43 houses, mainly to accommodate people who work at nearby mines. There is also a shop, hall and communal swimming pool.

The project aims to develop 78ha of land into a combination of residential units, including:

• Serviced stands

• Rental stock

• Homes for sale

The intention is for the contemporary residential development to be supplemented with a retail centre and filling station.

This development will be a catalytic project that supports the expanding mining and energy-generation industries in and around the region.
