Situated in Vosloorus Extension 34, Ekurhuleni, Sweetwaters is a mixed-use development centred on the delivery of serviced stands. The core of the project is to develop 253 serviced stands for potential delivery in 2024, but the immediate focus is the development of an urban farm.

Part of the future development includes a 10MW solar farm.

The estimated project value is in excess of R200-million.
