Factes Africa (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned private company (level 1 B-BBEE) that holds and invests in calculated arbitrage assets.
The management team is deliberate in obtaining undervalued assets, creating value and then tactically deciding whether to hold or dispose of the assets.
Our modus operandi is to accentuate the business opportunity through intelligent deployment of capital and by sharpening its operating efficiencies, so turning undervalued and/or underappreciated assets into profitable gems.
